Dimensions: 154 mm x 95 mm i.e. 6.1 x 3.7 inches.
142 pages: the first 97 with continuous text; then few blank leaves and the text starts again from page 115 until page 126. At page 142 another page of text written with pencil. ALL THE PAGES (excluding pages 24 and 25)
WRITTEN WITH A CODED ENCRYPTED LANGUAGE MADE OF LETTERS, GROUPS OF LETTERS AND SYMBOLS.
Provenance: handwritten note to the front flyleaf ("Sam M. Wilcox / M.S.C. & R.A.M. / N. 9 / Nashun (?) / NH"). Another possession note (unidentified signature) at the same page dated “April 12th 1858”.
Stamp of the Pennsylvania Lodge at page 140 and at the verso of the back cover.
Full black leather binding in good state of conservation. Internal of the book very well preserved.
