Description
Your eggs are shipped on Mondays - Wednesday so they will be less than 72 hours old at time of shipping and marked with the date they were laid, in most cases. I want to ensure you have the highest possible chance of hatching with the eggs.We are NPIP certified AI / PT clean, so you can rest assured they are coming from a reputable farm.
This item will be 10 eggs and we will add 2 additional eggs to ensure you have a great hatching experience and many chicks to play with! I DO guarantee unbroken eggs. If your eggs arrive broken, I must be notified within 24 hours of arrival. A pro-rated refund will be given for broken eggs only as long as it was not an extra egg. I package my eggs in a couch cushion shipper so each egg has it's own hole of safety so it is rare for one of my eggs to be broken during shipping.

American Bresse Chickens are rare in America but becoming more popular. They are considered the worlds most delicious chicken. Bresse or American Bresse will lay 250 creme colored eggs per year. Bresse are heat and cold tolerant which makes them a contender for the best homestead chicken. Bresse chickens have white feathers, red combs and blue steel legs which represent the colors of their French origins. We selectively choose only our larger birds to breed so you have more to share. Roosters are typically 7 pounds and hens weigh in at 5.5 pounds.
Best chicken for a self-sufficient homestead (And delicious) ... Try it for yourself! Bresse are in high demand because, like beef, they can have marbled meat. This chicken really tastes like no other — imagine the juiciest grilled chicken breast ever.
American Bresse chickens are not a fast-growing breed, but they are well worth the wait. Males reaching a mature weight of 4.5-6 pounds in about 16 weeks, and hens will average 4-5 pounds.
Things to know (shipping, delivery, hatching, ... ) - shipping is flat rate shipping across the nation, I do not make anything on shipping it covers the cost to ship including the couch cushion.
I do not wash the eggs or guarantee hatching rates.
Fertility in my eggs is very good with my girls (80-90% hatch rates on a weekly basis even in the winter, otherwise I couldn't ship chicks as part of our main Farm business). I hatch every week on the farm. If you cannot accept or be ok with a no guarantee of hatch rate and no refund, please do not buy my eggs. I don't guarantee the hatch rate because of different hatching methods, tools and machines used by different buyers. However, if you have a bad hatch, please contact me because I am glad to work with people that work with me. I may provide the option for an additional dozen and you pay shipping. I don't get a good reputation online or ebay by doing people wrong. I care about your experience and want you to LOVE these birds as much as I do.
I would encourage you to have your incubator set up and running for 24 hours before the eggs arrive. This will allow the temperature and humidity level to stabilize for incubating.
