Vintage Metal Top Hat Box Clear Top 12" Diameter 8.25" High
Was coated in coal dust which I removed and it then rusted. Had thought about painting it but thought it best not to mess with it anymore. The interior is in fairly good condition. Lid goes off and on with ease.
