Vibe Disc rotating balance disc-Used-Adjustable beginner-advanced. Challenging!

Vibe Disc rotating balance disc, used, works like new.  Rotates on ball bearings.  This is a really challenging balance disc if you crank up the difficulty, and works differently than most I've seen.
