The Shaker Way is a 143 page paperback by noted Shaker expert Charles R Miller. The book substantially expands the research into the Shaker’s material culture known at the time of its publication in 1979. As can be seen in the Contents (photo 2), a significant amount of the book is focused on Shaker furniture, but subjects such as baskets, boxes, stoves and more are covered. The book is illustrated with more than 100 photos of Shaker interiors and elements of their material culture.
The book is in generally good condition; however the Contents page has separated from the binding. It will ship via USPS media mail.
