    Description

This 1st edition of The Ideal Boston Terrier was published by Orange Judd, New York, 1932 and has 192 pages plus, numerous additional pages of photographs and illustrations.
This copy has the very lovely dust jacket featuring a Boston Terrier photograph by Rudolph Tauskey.
This book was very well received when it was released as some of the book's coverage was based on Boston Terrier articles previously published in the great dog magazine, Dogdom.
The author, Josephine Rine, was an editor for Popular Dogs.
Do allow the enlargeable photographs to serve as a descriptive guide to this book and ask questions prior to the purchase of The Ideal Boston Terrier.
The book is clean and tight overall and shows just the minor shelf and usage wear typical for a book of this age  and do note a few small nicks or typical wear tears to the dust jacket as shown in the enlargeable photographs.
The Ideal Boston Terrier could be a great addition to a Boston Terrier history library or, to a collection of Boston Terrier historic antiques and memorabila.
This book could also be a great item to offer in a fundraising benefit event for the breed.
Overall the book is clean and tight showing just the typical shelf and usage wear not uncommon for its age.
