Sonafon by Electro Medica - Intrasonic Sound Therpay Device - Quack Medicine Z28

Description

Not sure what this does, if anything.  When turned on, it vibrates.  So guessing it is a vibrator of some sort.
Appears to be in good physical condition with no sign of damage or mishandling.  Also appears to be missing two of the 3 "head" attachments.
Also, no instructions. Just what you see: 1 Sonafon device, 1 original AD adapter, 1 extension handle, and 1 hard clamshell case.
Sold 100% as described and as shown.
Looks to be fairly uncommon.  A good chance to add this device to your collection.
