This is a very nice, rare, vintage Electro Medica Sonafon Instrasonic Sound Therapy device complete with the original case, extension arm, and 3 head attachments. The set is in excellent condition with minimal signs of wear. The rubber surround part at the head where the attachments go has begun to crack away as seen, this does not affect functionality at all. The device has been tested and is fully functional with no issues. It works great and feels amazing! It’s perfect for all sorts of injuries, pains, and general soreness.
