Parcels are dispatched within 1 business day after payment has cleared through Paypal.
Our standard service for International shipping is Canada Post (Tracked shipments at lower prices than UPS/FEDEX)
We package items as economically as possible to save you money but we also ensure item is well protected from damage.
When parcels with are sent overseas and remain unclaimed we have to pay a charge to have the parcel sent back to us. In this case the charge will be deducted from the refund. Items returned to us normally (posted by buyer) will not be subjected to this charge. Buyer pays for return shipping.
We are not responsible for customs, duties that may apply in the buyer?s destination country.
Returns:
Buy with confidence!  Returns are accepted with notification within 7 days of receipt.  Refund will be for item price (this does not include original shipping.) Buyer pays for return shipping and a restocking charge, unless you are returning the item due to a fault which we failed to notice or mention - please see photos of items for condition; photos are of actual item that will be shipped. Please contact me first if you would like to return an item so I can work out the refund arrangement and anticipate the return. Item must be in the same condition as received and shipped with tracking within 14 days of receipt.
Goods being returned from outside of Canada should be labelled as a "return". We will not be responsible for any duty or handling charge from a third party.
Shipping & handling costs are non-refundable if item didn't fit (specific measurements are provided in the item description), expected different color (due to the colour differentation between different monitors the picture may not reflect perfectly actual color of item), if you did not see detailed defects in the description, or you simply no longer wish to keep the item.
