For your consideration is this Antique Pair of Samuel Winslow Clamp-on Steel Ice Skates.
These are an original antique pair of cast steel ice skates made by the Samuel Winslow Skate Manufacturing Company of Worcester Massachusetts in the late 1800's to very early 1900's.
These skates are in extraordinary condition and have not been refurbished in any way, they are all original!
There is absolutely no damage to these skates and the blades have no nicks, dents or pits.
These may have actually never been used, they are that nice!!
I believe these were originally chromed, but now only a little of the chrome is visible beneath the left skate foot pad.
All adjustment screws work and can even be turned easily with your fingers.
This is a matching pair, left and right, of Model 920 in size 11 (920-11)
The overall length of these skates is about 14" each, they are about 4" wide at the widest point and stand about 2 1/2" tall, although they cannot sit upright on their own.
These would make an awesome and striking decoration and with the bare minimum of cleaning would likely be of museum quality.
