Old Hopi Coil Baskets from second mesa. Native American, Plaques Circa 1940's. This old coil basket were part of a trade back for a Hopi Wedding. I traded for them back in the 1970's and they were old then. The lady I traded told me they were her brothers who lost his life in the second world war and they had been in storage. As you can see they have faded some on the fronts of them due to the sun I had them on my wall. It measures 13 1/4" across, it does have a few stitches missing and the little hanger has broken off I have shown in photos. Please look at all the photos they are a very important part of my description.
