Motion Master CNC router twin spindle fagor control HSD spindles

Description

I was informed that there are hour meters for each spindle, so I looked around and sure enough there is, it is a bit tight getting in the cabinet the way it is set on the bed currently.  Anyhow, while the one spindle had 3hrs the other had 342hrs.  Still extremely low, (less than equivalent of 3 months single shift) but wanted to update the listing.
Up for sale is a very heavy duty 5' x 5' CNC router. This was owned by the US Navy and was basically unused less than 3hrs!! (see hour meter). I am not going to get around to using it and need the space. It has a lot of bells and whistles; 2 HSD high speed spindles, one with a rotary tool changer, a pneumatic drill, tool height sensor, Fagor control, hand pendant, central grease for all ways and screws, two zone vacuum table. It has massive linear ways and ball screws on all axis; extremely rigid for heavy cutting, all components are top shelf; yaskawa spindle drives big servo dynamic brushless servo motors big brake resistors and reactors. It has been stored for quite awhile so there is surface rust that needs to be cleaned off the linear ways (the ball screws had a heavy coat of grease and covers so they don't have any rust). The spindle bearings on the routers are bad from moisture as well and will need to be replaced. All the cabinets were sealed up and had desiccant so they remained dry. The Navy removed the memory card from the control (presumably to protect whatever designs they cut) so I purchased a new one and a copy of parameters from DMS (they support these as does CNCPD). The price reflects the elbow grease needed and it would part out for more but that would be a shame (I don't have the time for that anyhow).
