This is a beautifully made, tightly woven,
coiled
Navajo wedding basket.  It is tiny, measuring only 2" across.  The colors are bright and the condition is excellent.  The designs all have meaning in the Navajo culture, including clouds, mountains, etc. Notice this one has two bands of red in the center.  I have seen these with pins attached so they can be worn on a jacket, etc.  I think this one is an excellent cabinet piece!
