Mattel Divergent Tris Barbie Doll Original Release Full Outfit Belly Button Body

In this listing we have the original outfit from the first Divergent Tris doll from Mattel from several years ago. It’s a really neat outfit that is designed to fit the Barbie belly button body. It consists of a long sleeved black t-shirt with interesting armor looking decals on the chest, a pair of black cotton pants with side ribbing detail, and a pair of futuristic looking black plastic boots. The top and the pants close in the back with Velcro and the boots have a slit in the back to help put them on the doll’s feet. This is a really cool outfit that would add wonderfully to any 12 inch doll's wardrobe!
These clothing pieces are in very good shape. They have never been played with and they were just taken off a just removed from the box doll and put into storage. They are a big wrinkled from storage. The shirt is in very good condition. There are some excess threads at the back where the Velcro is and at both sleeve openings. There is some slight glue reside around the armor pieces on the front. There are also a couple small indents to the armor material, but it’s pretty minor. I would be careful stretching the shirt too much, I’m not sure if the material used for the armor will crack and peel if it gets stretched too much. The side seams at the cuffs are a little uneven one side is slightly longer than the other. The pants look good, they are a little wrinkled from storage. There are some excess threads around both knees at the top and bottom of the solid colored patch. There are also some threads at the bottom of the pant legs and at the back where the Velcro is sewn on. The cuffs on the pants were just surged instead of hemmed and in a few spots the surging looks a little sloppy. Everything looks secure, it’s just not as cosmetically perfect as it could be. The boots look good. They do have seam lines and mold injection spots, but they will all have that. When you look at them closely, they do have some minor molding flaws, but they’re not terrible. Just some minor issues. Please examine all pictures to see the exact condition of this doll outfit and please keep in mind some issues are more visible in person compared to pictures.
