Description

Greetings postcard to Riga with Sc 115 machine cancelled 25.V.23. There is some corner and edge wear and the card shows its age. The center of the address side has a rough texture to it and there are the remnants of 3 stamp hinges on the face as if the card had been mounted in an album.
