    Description

    Greetings postcard to Riga with Sc 103 cancelled Vecgulbene 6.4.23 and with a machine Riga receiving cancel. Postage stamps were redenomintated in Santimi in August 1922. The old Rubel stamps were still valid with value figured at twice the Rubel denomination. This is a late use of a Rubel stamp. There is some corner and edge wear and the card shows its age.
