I have to say I have been overwhelmingly impressed with the thorough nature of the book and the excellent examples of more advanced ticket construction found in the later stages of the book.
McClure goes above and beyond the other Keno 'historical' facts and provides a very interesting and complete account of how the game grew to it's current form in the US. While others gloss over the ancient Chinese beginnings of the game McClure follows up with how the game got it's roots in the US and provides a compelling factual account in the process. I haven't seen another of the 8 Keno books I've read in the past month come close in this capacity.
Mathematical examples of harder to figure way tickets are explained in detail (something I really was hopeful to find) along with real ticket examples. No bones about it, this was an informative and exceptional offering and I'm glad I took a chance on this book.
