If unsure, place the tip over the gem. The flat tip is for gems that don’t fit the round tips. Screw the right tip into applicator and switch it on. Leave it on the stand about 2 mins. Pick up the rhinestones on the target place, place the tip over the gem for 10-60 seconds. Heating time is dependent on the stones and the apply material. Please note: The applicator tip and the stones gets very hot during applying. Don't touch them with your fingers. Wait until the tip cools off before changing tips. Don't screw and unscrew the applicator tips when it is still hot. Don't touch the body or inflammable materials with the hotfix applicator.
