    It is in a good condition considering it s age, binding is tight, text is clean, no mark, no odor, light tone page related to age, light foxing and soiled. An pencil hand written at the front free end paper.Some pages has light creased at the top.The front hinge is slightly starting.
    the cover has light edge wear and rubbed specially the spine and corners, also it has light stain. Light chipping at the head and tail of the spine. The front cover has light scratch. light bumped corners.
