Too many people over the years have purchased eggs from me thinking it would hatch for them right out of the box like a toy hatch animal, did not think they needed some sort of incubator, thought they could set it on the kitchen counter, use a heat lamp....etc.

.  I only ship fresh hatching eggs, if you do not want your order to arrive for 3 weeks, order in 3 weeks.  These birds have a 6-8 week short laying season.  If eggs are available, I will have them posted.
I  have been raising these birds for over 20 years now.
None of my birds came from a feed store....only quality breeders.
All of my Polish are in

same pen. I do NOT know what color hen laid the egg....sorry....only fresh eggs will be sent.    I can NOT and will NOT guarantee OR even
suggest
what color chick you might hatch OR guess the color of the parent who laid the egg.  ONLY FRESH EGGS WILL BE SENT.
I do NOT wash my hatching eggs, I have never seen my birds do it before sitting on it.  If YOU feel a dirty egg will not hatch, then YOU may wash it before you incubate it.
If you are wanting more than 12 hatching eggs, you will need to make TWO SEPERATE  purchases as I will only ship up to 12 in a packing box for safety.  If you purchase more than 12 eggs in a purchase your purchase will be CANCLED.

I have a high hatch rate here on my ranch.  HOWEVER, just because an egg does not hatch does NOT mean it was not fertile.  NO seller can guarantee you a hatch rate, NO seller can possibly know or enforce your hatching practices, TYPE OF INCUBATOR YOU HAVE,  power outages, etc,
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY FOAM INCUBATOR FOR HATCHING ANY EGGS, EVER!
If you are going to invest in expensive hatching eggs, invest in a good incubator!  I use an R-Com and Brinsea, I have also used a Sportsman.

All shipping is USPS priority and includes full insurance for the value of the eggs.  IF you receive broken eggs that have been damaged by the postal service...YOU need to take photos and file an online claim.  As YOU are the one with the item.  Make sure to SAVE the damaged eggs AND the packaging....I found  putting in a freezer works best.  YOU will receive payment from the post office OR a letter asking YOU to take the packaging and damaged eggs to your local post office for inspection.  If you do not provide it they will deny your claim.    I have paid for the insurance and packaged the eggs to the best of my ability...I WILL NOT REFUND OR REPLACE EGGS DAMAGED BY THE POST OFFICE.
Do NOT ask me to sell or ship you live birds/chicks, it is against eBay policy and I will immediately BLOCK YOU!

Sellers pay many, many fees these days: Final Value eBay fee for the auction of 10%, eBay final value fee on the shipping even if it costs more to ship then you charged the buyer.  4% fee to Pay Pal for accepting the payment.  Looks like eBay is adding another fee of at least {{detail_product_description}}.30 per auction sold too....not sure how the new fee fits into this yet.

If you live close to me, I WILL meet you at the local gas station, but, NOONE comes to the farm.  I have a disease free flock and WILL keep it that way.  There will still be a small packing charge for the eggs so they are not rolling around in the truck.
eBay does NOT allow shipping of Hatching Eggs out of the United States.  I will only ship to the

Know your States rules...if eggs are returned to me because YOU do not have the proper permits, this is NOT my fault, there will be NO REFUND as the eggs can NOT be re-sold.
