Dune, Frank Herbert - Chilton Hardcover

This listing is for an early hardcover printing of Dune by Frank Herbert. This is a first book club edition with printer code V12.
There is some typical mild wear to the dust jacket. The inside cover has light discoloration and spots of staining near the hinge. The front free end page has some bends in it and the texture is a little uneven. It could be that the page was cleaned, so I am pricing it accordingly.
Having said that, the issue that I mentioned is quite subtle and the book has a nice overall appearance and no other distracting issues.
The red cover of the book is in very good shape. The pages appear bright and unmarked.
