Contains: Title, 1 sheet of contents and 40 lithographed plates, cartouched illustrated original binder with cord binding, Slight wear at cord holes, otherwise good copy. Interior clean and unmarked. A very hard to find item. Shipping weight, well packed is 2 1/2 lb. Insurance has been added to the shipping cost as per Ebay's mandate.
