This sale is for a used, and well maintained CNT Motion Systems 1000 with two spindles, and two air drills. Machines of this type are typically use in cabinet shops for faster, safer and more accurate cutting of cabinet parts. Cabinet panels, as well as their end attachment dados, rabbets, etc. can be cut in a single process, which can eliminate table sawing, and shaper cuts. By nesting your cabinet parts on a single sheet of plywood, you will save money in material costs, and labor. With its long Z axis head travel, it can also be used for intricate 3 dimensional carving and sign work as well as many other types of repetitive machine work. The dual heads offer the option of simultaneous machining if needed. The additional Z head can be parked to one side when not used, and does not interfere with single head machining. This particular machine has automatic tool changers on both spindle axis, which saves time in setups. While in our possession, the machine was upgraded to the latest software, at the time, offered by Microsystems of Buckhannon. G code programs can be loaded and executed from a control panel that also supports importation of .dxf and .hpgl files. A comprehensive user manual that describes all functions is also included. The machine was well maintained and was used lightly. This machine was designed to do large cabinet work or more delicate work as shown in the photos.  The 10 hp., 24,000 rpm spindle motors have ceramic bearings, and never need lubricating. These motors are servo controlled and can handle very large tooling. The price includes a 15 hp. vacuum motor for firmly holding large sheets of material. Also included is a separate transformer for supplying the voltage to the spindle motors. A wide range of collets is also include in the price. Our company did not use all of the M code controllable functions, and therefor cannot guarantee that all original factory parts are in working order, but there is no reason to believe that they are not. The servo motors and drives however, are in working order, and can be seen in operation in the video above. This item is priced at less than 33% of a new machine with the same specs. If you are familiar with these types of machines, and are willing to learn the controls of this particular brand, you will save more than ,000 over the cost of new. Beware of similar CNC machines which cost less, but do offer an air filtered cabinet (kiosk) for protection of electronics including the c.p.u..
This particular machine has removable leg extenders which allow for customizing the bed height for your particular work.
