Chattanooga Intelect Legend Combo 2C Ultrasound Therapy Generator with Applicator, Leads and a power supply w cord.
Items were received as medical surplus and are in good working condition.  Items are used so there are typical signs of use such as scratches and general wear - but everything is in overall good condition with no signs of abuse - as shown. See any additional callouts below.
The base unit is in solid condition. A couple minor scuffs and typical minor signs of use (such as scratches) but in overall solid condition with no cracks or noteworthy damage - as shown.
Power supply (Ault LZUSD05003M) is in solid condition but does have etching present (basically identifying as for use with this unit) and does include a medical grade power cord. Cords have no splits or frays.
Ultrasound Applicator is a Chattanooga 5 cm2 - Model 78047 - unit has etching along base of handle (see pic / again
basically identifying as for use with this unit). No splits or frays to the cord - no cracks or chips to the handle.
Set of Leadwires - no splits or frays.
