    Excerpt on Annotators: Arthur M. Silva is an instructor at Fullerton College where he initiated the study of ethnic art. Mr. William C. Cain is a geologist for the State of California and is a seasoned expert on Indian basketry. Mr. Cain and Mr. Silva have lectured on American Indian Basketry at the University of California at Irvine Extension and recently completed a serues of lectures at the Bowers Museum of Art, Santa Ana.
