If you have a BobsCNC E3 or 4 series, you most likely have a dust problem with your X and Y-axis bearings and rails picking up dust and making your CNC not cut smoothly.  This is illustrated and shown in a recent video on YouTube by Garrett Formme, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6k7LmcyjbE8.
Working with Garret, I was able to solve this problem permanently.  I created a laser-cut parts Kit that attaches to the CNC X and Y-axis leading and trailing rollers and rails.  When the CNC is cutting and moving across each axis, the laser-cuts part cleans the bearing and rails so the dust does not get crusted into the rails and bearings.  This then eliminates your router jumping as it is cutting your parts.
The Kit comes with all needed laser-cut parts, screws, and nuts along with installation instructions. The Kits typically take less than 30 minutes to install on your CNC.
