Antique Papago Tohono O'odham Basket w/ Turkey Design 1930's-40's

Description

At offer is a nice Antique Papago Tohono O'odham Basket.  The artist put what appears to the figure of a turkey in the bottom.  It is approximately 9 3/4” in diameter  and 2” deep.  The yellow area is more light brown than the photos show and is probably yucca while the light areas are most likely white Beargrass and the more unusual black material is probably Devil's Claw or Martynia.
There are a couple of stains; so please look closely at all the photos as they are an important part of the description and you will receive the item pictured.
