Antique Beavet Stovepipe Hat and leather Hat case

Description

This is an original antique beaver stovepipe  that I used when reenacting civil war era.   It is the same style that Abe Lincoln wore. The size is not marked but I would say it is circa 7, 7 &1/8. I usually wear 7 and one quarter and it will fit but is tight. I have steamed it and stretched it in the past but it has set in it's hatbox for years and  has taken on it's original shape which is round and oval. It will be shipped in  the original leather hatbox that is in good shape except the leather strap  is torn/gone.
