Compatible with the Vivint sky control panel (firmware must be at least 3.10.16+ or Higher) AND/OR ANY Smart hub panel.

Vivint will most likely refuse to help you install these cameras, they cannot service equipment bought from 3rd Parties. You will need to install on your own.
We purchased several Vivint return/upgrade pallets. We sorted and discarded the non functioning units. Separated the fixable, open box, and anything that looks new or unused including: sensors and cameras.
