You are purchasing exactly (
6
) white hatching eggs from my flock of large-fowl Sultans. Sultans are a beautiful ornamental breed that are easily distinguished by their full white crests, feathered feet, 5 toes, V-shaped combs and blue skin. Similar in appearance to Polish chickens, Sultans are sure to stand out in any flock! Currently listed as critically endangered, this gorgeous breed originated in the country of Turkey and rarely goes broody. My flock consists of 5 hens and 2 roosters just over 1 year of age, with fertility near 100% with local hatches.
The eggs will be shipped in foam, unwashed to preserve their natural bloom, and no more than 2 days old when shipped.
Shipping:
Eggs are packed in 6-hole foam egg shippers with yellow FRAGILE stickers, see last photo. Insurance is automatically included with every order, and a claim may be filed by the buyer through USPS (up to ) or Fedex (up to 0) in the unlikely event of broken eggs upon delivery. Shipping fees are automatically calculated by eBay based on your location, and can be combined if purchasing multiple items. Eggs can be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Fedex 2-day, so please pay according to your preference at checkout. eBay's delivery estimate is not accurate, most orders ship out the same week payment is received unless there are multiple orders in front of you. Eggs are shipped in the order they are paid, so please message me if you need your order shipped in a specific timeframe.
Fertility:
All breeds are test-hatched weekly to monitor fertility and hatch-ability. A minimum of 2 roosters are kept in each pen to insure consistent fertility. While every egg will be fresh and fertile when shipped, I
cannot
guarantee each egg will develop and hatch due to their fragile nature. Eggs that never develop do not mean they were infertile! There are many things that can prevent a viable egg from developing, most of which are caused by trauma during shipping (scrambling, rolling air cells, x-rays, etc).
