You are purchasing exactly (
6
) hatching eggs from my flock of Tolbunt and Gold Laced Polish
. I have 2 Frizzled Tolbunt roosters over 8 smooth Gold Laced hens.
This pairing produces
visually gold-laced chicks
that carry the gene for mottling (split for Tolbunt). This is a great way to add genetic diversity to your flocks of Gold Laced and/or Tolbunt Polish, and allow you to breed for either color to your preference.
The eggs will be shipped in foam, unwashed to preserve their natural bloom, and no more than 2 days old when shipped.
Please understand that I am not able to guarantee the amount of frizzled chicks hatched, as frizzled pairings produce roughly 50% frizzled and 50% smooth chicks.
All chicks will hatch out gold laced, but can produce mottled offspring.
Shipping:
Eggs are packed in 6-hole foam egg shippers with yellow FRAGILE stickers, see last photo. Insurance is automatically included with every order, and a claim may be filed by the buyer through USPS (up to ) or Fedex (up to 0) in the unlikely event of broken eggs upon delivery. Shipping fees are automatically calculated by eBay based on your location, and can be combined if purchasing multiple items. Eggs can be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Fedex 2-day, so please pay according to your preference at checkout. Eggs are shipped in the order they are paid, so please pay promptly at auction end or your order may be delayed.
Fertility:
All breeds are test-hatched weekly to monitor fertility and hatch-ability. A minimum of 2 roosters are kept in each pen to insure consistent fertility. While every egg will be fresh and fertile when shipped, I
cannot
guarantee each egg will develop and hatch due to their fragile nature.
Eggs that never develop do not mean they were infertile! There are many things that can prevent a viable egg from developing, most of which are caused by trauma during shipping (scrambling, rolling air cells, x-rays, etc).
