. Volume II, Parts I, II and III. Edited and Translated by E. Hultzsch, Ph. D.
Part I is dated 1891 and is 119 pages; Part 2 dated 1892, 248 pages; part 3 1895, 393 pages. These three books have multiple plates including folding plates (fold-outs); two of these plates I have pictured. Some of the illustrations have the
tissue overlay. The books each measure about 10" x 13".
I would call the condition fair/good overall. The covers are a paperboard, with the front / back covers and spines showing wear and discoloration. The covers are stiff/solid with no breaks. On the inside of the books there is some discoloration foxing/toning to some of the pages, as is common with books of this type and age. To me this does not lessen the enjoyment and importance of these books.
*I did not notice any missing or torn pages.
*These books came to us from the estate of a local Anthropology professor.
