    Description

    1794 Large Cent. Up for sale a 1794 flowing hair large cent with lettered edge. I believe it is the head of a 1795 cent. On obverse date well worn but still discernible and so is Liberty. The details on the Bust are the best I have seen compared to others listed that are several hundred of dollars 400 to 700. The reverse on this coin is practically worn smooth which is not uncommon for a coin this age. The US mint was in its infancy when this coin was made 228 years ago. The bonus is the lettered edge.  A beautiful coin priced right. Hard to obtain in the condition this one is in.  No corrosion. Slight dent in 9 o'clock position.
