    Description

    READ COMPLETELY BEFORE PURCHASING:
12 Fresh fertile hatching chicken eggs for sale. Pure White Leghorn flock. This is a pre-order.12 eggs mixed flock of chickens.
Condition of eggs is new, my chickens lay eggs daily.
Each order will contain purebred White Leghorn eggs
We are a small family homestead farm.
Be prepared for your eggs by having your incubator running 2 days prior to delivery. When you receive, gently unwrap and let sit for 24 hours on their side so they can settle before placing in your incubator.
I have hatched over 400 chicks out of my flock. They are fertile when they leave my possession. Shipping eggs is very, very hard on the development process. Our eggs have had excellent hatching rates both in incubators and under our broody hens.
We ship eggs laid the day your order is shipped. We cannot guarantee the honoring of breed requests.
Please allow up to 3-4 business days handling, as we have many orders to fill. EGGS ARE SHIPPED FRESH, NO MORE THAN 24 HOURS OLD.
There are absolutely no guarantees on shipped eggs. Please buy only if you are willing to assume the risk. We regularly inspect and test the fertility eggs. Shipping can damage eggs, we do our best to pack them safely!
    HATCH SUCCESS:
Hatch success is not guaranteed due to rough conditions that may be encountered during shipping. It is also not guaranteed because we have all had hatches with issues. It is not the sellers fault that your eggs didn’t incubate correctly. (Yes, I know there are crooked sellers out there. I am talking about the 95% of good ones). Most of us do try to compensate for hatches that didn't go well. I have sent out several sets of eggs for the cost of shipping. Why? Because I want people to have a good experience and I genuinely feel bad when people don't have a good hatch. But I am in NO WAY OBLIGATED to do so. Messaging me, and telling me I or my eggs were the problem, will result in me not being willing to help.
Buyers have a "bad seller" list. And sellers have a "bad buyer" list. Understand what you’re getting into BEFORE you make a purchase.
    SHIPPING ISSUES:
Fresh eggs are gathered for shipping. HOWEVER, we CANNOT control how the shipping company handles them, WE DO NOT TAKE RETURNS! Each box is labeled as Fragile. We cannot guarantee or warranty the delivery of your eggs once they are in the hands of the shipping company. Your eggs are shipped and insured up to .00 by the shipping company. If your eggs do not arrive on time then it is up to YOU to call the shipping company and submit a claim. If you refund through Ebay instead then you are stealing from me as I cannot get the money back. I lose the cost of the eggs and the shipping when you could have handled it more fairly. If this is your intention, please buy elsewhere.
**** We cannot guarantee how our egg(s) will be treated while they’re in transit through the postal system nor can we guarantee delivery within a specified time after we ship the eggs. Extreme temperatures, low air pressure in airplanes, rough handling, delays in transit and delivery, and X-ray machines can all affect the hatch-ability of eggs... But we do label boxes stating their live contents in hopes of better care. We also cannot control the conditions under which you incubate the eggs. FOR THESE REASONS WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE HATCH-ABILITY OF THE EGGS WE SELL. ****
    Incubating Tips
We have incubated our eggs in various methods and have success in all. I have set them directly under hens, used Styrofoam incubators, and used cabinet style incubators. We do use automatic turners in the incubators. I’ve never hand turned our eggs. Settings on your incubator directly affect the development of the eggs. We set our incubators to stay in the range of 99.5-100.0 degrees F. During the incubation period, we keep the humidity in the range of 45-55%. Humidity changes quickly. You must check it at least twice a day and add water as needed. Chicken eggs take an average of 21 days to hatch. On day 18 of incubation eggs are removed from the turner and placed on the flat surface. Extra water is added to the incubators to increase the humidity to stay around 65-75%. This is lockdown day, opening the incubator can stop the chicks from hatching. Eggs can hatch on day 19 or some may hatch on day 22. I always expect some to hatch early and don’t toss the eggs until I give them extra time to hatch. We do not guarantee your hatch rate. Every one of the my eggs I opened has a "bulls eye" (picture # 2). These eggs are from the same pens, I hatch from. I ship the same day laid. This is why breeders get frustrated when people message and say "nothing developed" or leave negative feedback saying “nothing hatched “.
