IF YOU CANNOT ACCEPT UPS SHIPMENT PLEASE DO NOT BID.  ALSO PAYMENT WILL BE DUE IN 24 HOURS AFTER AUCTION ENDS TO ENABLE ME TO SHIP ON MONDAY OR TUESDAY.  I HAVE HAD TO MAKE WAY TOO MANY REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS DUE TO THE POSTAL SYSTEMS INABILITY TO DELIVER ON TIME. I HOPE EVERYONE UNDERSTANDS.
There are lots of good Ebayers out there that abide by Ebay policies and government laws. If you are one of these good Ebayers, this portion of my listing is not for you.
It seems as some folks are not reading my entire listings before bidding or sending messages.  I decided to list my “DO NOTS”  first.

Alaska,  Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, or any other country outside the United
States.
The California quarantine has now been lifted as of June 1.

DO NOT send me messages asking me to ship to the addresses that I have excluded in
this auction.
DO NOT ask me to sell live birds or hatching eggs outside Ebay since this is breaking
Ebay Rules.
We are very pleased to offer at auction 8+ hatching eggs from our English Chocolate Jubilee pen.  This is a very unusual coloration.  Some will be the same as the regular gold based Jubilee except that they have the silver allele and chocolate instead of the gold and black.  Others could be the same as the traditional jubilees except chocolate in place of the black. All will be chocolate jubilees. Since I have not grown any chicks from these roosters, it is possible that one could be a gold/silver split   These birds have excellent color and English type. Because of the influence of the mahogany gene it is sometimes hard to tell the difference in the gold and silver. All the chicks will be chocolate jubilee.  This variety is still in the project stage so as always unwanted colors can surface.
We are NPIP in Kentucky, KY-299. We reserve the right to refuse any auction at our own discretion. We do not ship Internationally or to HI or AK. Thank you for looking at our ad.
This is not a Pre-Sale.  I do not like Pre-Sales and will not do them.  Who knows if their hens will be laying months or even weeks into the future?  This auction is for eggs being laid while the auction is running.  Do not bid on these eggs and expect to have them delivered months or weeks into the future.  Wait until you are ready for the eggs and bid on the auctions that I have listed at that time.
